Job Description:
The Research Technician will join a research program investigating mechanisms of vision in the retina, and will conduct experiments to address fundamental biological questions in the areas of signal transduction, synaptic plasticity and receptor trafficking, preparation and maintenance of primary cell cultures and cell lines, as well as biochemical analysis of retinal protein expression and function.
B.A. or B.S. in a related science or equivalent skills and experience.
0 to 2 years experience required or equivalent skills and experience.
Previous experience with cell culture and biochemical techniques is desirable but not required.
